It was such a blessing to have Turkan photograph our wedding. She did it late notice and totally blew us away. I don't know how she was able to be in so many places at once, but she captured every moment; candid shots of my husband and I, guests, etc. She was amazing at directing and posing us in front of beautiful backdrops as well. She was professional and fun to work with, and was quick to get our pictures back.We were so happy with her work that we couldn't imagine anyone better to take our maternity photos a year later. She is an amazing photographer and really submerses herself into the event and takes pride in her work. She is so easy to work with; I would recommend her for any event.

Welcome! I’m so grateful you’re here. Your interest in my work means the world to me. I feel incredibly fortunate to be pursuing my passion, which began nearly a decade ago. My journey into photography was inspired by a love for the beauty of travel and the connections we make with people along the way.

It all started during my college days at the University of Salamanca in Spain. Between classes and weekend adventures, I captured the vibrant culture and stunning architecture with my small Olympus digital camera. Spain’s rich history and charm ignited a fire in me, leading to my commitment to invest in a professional camera for future travels. Little did I know that this decision would set me on a remarkable path.

While studying law at Seattle Pacific University, I began using my camera to capture portraits, initially as a way to earn some extra income. One family session blossomed into senior portraits, which then opened the door to a thriving clientele built on word-of-mouth referrals.

Today, I have the privilege of photographing weddings, events, families, and couples throughout the Pacific Northwest. I’m excited to continue this journey, connecting with incredible people and creating lasting memories through my lens. Thank you for being part of it!

xoxo, Turkan
